Sibani Consulting is a professional and diversified consulting company based in Durban. The company was formed in 2005 by its sole director Kwazi Bhengu, a senior consultant with a national consultancy specializing in productivity measurement and improvement for the past eleven years.

The company was formed after huge gaps in the availability of emerging consultants in the field productivity measurement and improvement skills were identified. There is also scarcity of these skills amongst employees and management of various categories of economic roleplayers namely government, business and the labour movement.
